Procedure For The Formation Of A Juvenile Bench:
6. Procedure for the Formation of a Juvenile Bench: (1) Each
District Court shall constitute a juvenile bench consisting of a social
activist, child specialist or child psychologist in addition to the District
Judge.
(2) In the court having more than one District judge, the District
Judge designated by the Chief Justice shall work as the judge for the
juvenile bench.
